build with us · p. 01

Two ways in.

Partner with us to build an operating company in a new vertical. Or buy the system for the firm you already run. Both routes start the same way: a conversation.

route a · for operatorsp. 02

Build an intelligence layer in your industry.

Niska partners with people who have spent a decade inside their industry and want to build the layer they wish existed. Operators, not buyers. Builders, not consultants.

We bring the engineering, the platform, and the capital. You bring the vertical: the workflows, the customers, the credibility, and the first place we ship. Together we stand up an operating company that owns the intelligence layer for that industry, and we both own a piece of it.

terms a.1 · what the partnership looks like
term 01Equity
Partners take meaningful equity in the operating company we build together. The vertical operator is a co-founder, not a customer.
term 02Exclusivity
One partner per vertical. We do not run two operating companies into the same market, and we do not let the platform compete with the partners building on it.
term 03Depth
These are multi-year relationships, not engagements. We design the company together, ship into your firm first, and only then take the system to the rest of the vertical.
term 04Capital
Niska provides the engineering, the platform, and the working capital to put the system in place. Partners bring the domain knowledge and the first customer: themselves.
schedule a.2 · the selection processp. 03

How a partnership gets bid.

We run a structured selection process before committing to any vertical. From first call to signed term sheet is usually six to eight weeks; from signed term sheet to a live system inside the partner's firm is a quarter.

  1. 01

    Intro call

Thirty minutes. Tell us about your industry, the document flow that runs through it, and the work your team keeps redoing. We tell you whether we think there is a Niska-shaped company underneath it.

  2. 02

    Diligence, both ways

We spend two to three weeks inside your firm, under NDA, on real documents, mapping the workflows and proving the system can actually handle the work. You diligence us in return: meet the team, read the code, talk to existing partners.

  3. 03

    Term sheet

If the diligence works, we sign a term sheet for the operating company: equity split, governance, capital commitment, exclusivity, and the first six-month build plan.

  4. 04

    Build, ship, scale

We ship the system into your firm in the first quarter. We watch how your team actually uses it for the next two. By month nine we are taking it to the rest of the vertical, together, with you as the operator.

annex a.3 · who we partner withp. 04

Who we partner with.

Operators who have spent ten or more years inside their industry. People who run a firm, or have run one. People who can name the five workflows their team keeps redoing and the three things their software does not understand.

Verticals where documents are the product: financial services, defense, construction, law, life sciences, anywhere the answer to a partner's question lives inside the firm's own filings. Industries the chatbots cannot read and the enterprise software does not understand.

One vertical at a time. We are deliberate about which markets we open and which we wait on. If you are right for it, the process moves quickly.

route b · for firmsp. 05

Or just buy the system for your firm.

Most firms do not need a partnership. They need the system to show up, work inside their environment, and start saving their partners' weekends back. That is also a Niska deal, just a different one.

We deploy into financial services and defense firms today, with construction next. The system is the same one our design partners run on. The setup is configured for the rules your industry has to live under.

schedule b.1 · what ships with the systemp. 06

One system for every document

Emails, PDFs, contracts, workpapers, and the rest. Searchable, citable, and organized the way your firm already thinks about its work.

Answers with the sources attached

Every answer points back to the exact page in the exact document. No partner has to re-read every source to trust the output.

Inside your environment

Niska is deployed into your cloud or your SCIF, configured for the rules your industry runs under. No data leaves the perimeter you authorize.

The repeatable work, done

Workpapers, proposals, status reports, contract reviews. The work that takes your senior people the longest is what Niska automates first.

schedule b.2 · deploymentp. 07

How a deployment works.

An intro call sets the scope: the document set Niska will read, the workflows the firm wants automated first, and the compliance posture the deployment has to honor.

We stand the system up inside your environment in four to six weeks. The first month is reading and organizing every document the firm has. The second month is wiring the workflows your people actually run. By month three the partners are using it on real work.

Pricing is annual, scoped to firm size and document volume. We do not charge per seat. We do not charge per query. We do not sell the data.

Tell us what you do, who you work with, and what is missing. We answer every email a real person sends, usually within a day.
